Reunion Cost

This year the reunion cost will be charged per family/household.  This facility is a large dormitory style location.  Each family should receive their own room.  In addition, if we have extra rooms, we will place extra people in these rooms.  Room assignments will be made in 2014.  There are enough accommodations to sleep 75-85.

Currently the cost per family/household will be $600.  (A household is anyone 27+, their spouse and their children, 26 and under, who live at home.  Basically, if your parents can claim you on their taxes you are included in their household.)  This rate is based on those who have confirmed to us they will be attending the reunion in 2014.  This rate could drop slightly or increase slightly should the number confirmed change.  At this point, plan on this price!

This will include accomodations for June 22-27. 2014.  In addition, some meals will be provided.  At a later date you can look on the meals and itinerary page to see what meals will be provided.  (This page is coming soon).   

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
  • Some meals.  More to be specified later.
  • 1 Room for your family guaranteed if 15 or fewer families attend.  We will then take the other rooms and divide them up for all others, trying to place people of the same age and sex in the rooms.  Room assignments will not be made until 2014.  
  • Some of the on-site activities that we have planned.
PAYMENTS?
To make a payment, we have found PayPal to be our best option.  This will allow you to SECURELY send money to us to save for the reunion.  you can send as much or as little as you would like over the course of the next 17 months.  It is best to link your checking account to it and pay through that.  If you would prefer to use a debit or credit card, it may charge you a fee.  We will tell you how to pay that rather than charging us.  You are also welcome to send payments to us through the mail if you feel more comfortable.  We will deposit these into the account for the reunion and we will not use the money for other purposes.  Mail checks to the address listed below.  If you would like to use PayPal, go to the Payments page for detailed instructions on how to send us money.

DEPOSIT?
We have put down a deposit.  The deposit was $1650, so the sooner we can get some money from each family the better.

CONFIRMATION
By submitting money you are not committing to attending.  You are sending money to help hold your space and save money toward the reunion.  September 30, 2013 is the confirmation deadline.  If you do not confirm prior to this date, we can't guarantee your spot.  If you cancel AFTER this date, your money may not be fully refundable.
